manual incorporates all applicable International Standards on Auditing (ISA) and
International Standards on Quality Control and Management.

independent members. Each member firm undergoes a “quality assurance review”
regularly conducted by the Audit working Group of HLB International to ensure the
quality of the audit jobs is in line with ISA procedures.
