 Responsible for all aspects of the company’s physician compensation program administration
including modeling, financial architecture design, income statement review, policy and procedure

reconciliations in accordance with physician contracts, company plan agreements, management

 Heavily involved in Accounting’s financial infrastructure, JE corrections, GL posting decisions,
segment creation for the Chart of Accounts, and ancillary allocations while also educating and

orchestrated an anesthesia process change that saved Accounting 1.5 FTEs 40 hours/month

 Built dynamic models, a physician mapping database, and GL auditing tools from the ground
up including updating/automating raw data sources to be integrated with the modeling system
