Results are uncertain and most of the time they don't make you happy. Therefore, I focus more on learning and experience so as to take them forward and achieve my objectives. I believe more in gaining practical insights of an issue or subject rather than discussing generic and theoretical concepts. I strongly believe on the lines once said by the veteran commentator Harsha Bhogle in his speech at IIM Ahmedabad, "Attitude is more important than talent". This makes complete sense to me, every talent is waste until and unless you do something with it. So it is the right attitude that makes the difference not your talent or not even your million dollar idea.
