I have graduated in engineering and chosen to support and flourish family business in 3pl and warehousing. I have over 6 year of experience in the industry. Over these years i had an opportunity to setup 15 warehouses ranging from small 2 person operations to complex and large warehouses employing teams in excess of 250 persons and multiple locations. Though very much an ops person ,I also am fascinated by technology and how it can be used to transform the way things are done and provide great customer experience.
