Alma Duldulao-Ybarra is the Director of Workforce Development for Goodwill Houston. Ms. Ybarra worked in the social services sector for 20 years from program assistant to CEO in the fields of domestic violence and homelessness in Hawaii and Houston, Texas. Recently, Alma served as the Interim CEO of the Coalition for the Homeless of Houston/Harris County. Other organizations where she served in executive management include: East Hawaii Coalition for the Homeless and Turning Point for Families, Inc.
