'Discovering, investing and sharing'​ is what characterizes my life. My innovation & integration drive makes proposals fly. I initiated businesses and helped develop the European FM industry. I helped grow an FM consultancy and projectmanagement company from 2 to 120 staff. I founded IFMA Holland, the European Centre for FM and the EN15221 project. I used to be a Certified Facility Manager, the editor-in-chief of 'European FMer'​ and a management consultant. In 2002 I started my own Villa FM companies in NL + Italy.
