-Steve Jobs was a person with remarkably ideas. 
1. Strong vision 
2. Strong leadership 
3. Wonderful thinker 
4. Exceptional influence 
5. Survivor of tough times 
6. Ready to embrace failure 
7. Serial reformer
How did Steve Jobs lead people? 
● Granted great respect from his business 
partners and competitors. 
● Knew exactly how to get rid of almost all but 
a few key products. 
● He and his team were dependent on 
themselves and their intimate feeling to 
develop products. 
● he never depended on market research and 
never crowd-swourced the ideation process.
What made Steve Jobs a great leader 
● Job’s ability to push his workers beyond their limits came from his ability to make 
them believe they can do extraordinary work in a short period of time which many 
deemed to be impossible 
● he was a leader with socialized power
Biography 
Steve Jobs was born on the 24th of February, 1955 in San Francisco, California. His 
biological parents, Joanne Schieble and Abdulfattah Jandali, put him up for adoption and 
was later adopted by Paul and Clara Jobs, who were a lower-middle class family. Steve 
Jobs grew up in a neighborhood that was home to engineers working on electronics and 
sorts of gizmos. At age 18, he was hired as a video game maker, Atari. He then took a trip 
to India with his friend and began to take interest in new activities.
