The Pull bar will help you develop the muscles in your upper body .
It is also well made and quite sturdy. Our gripe is that the grips are not the best quality- they are not
very sturdy. However you can still use it .After using it for a while we decided to wrap the grips with
athletic tape to provide more grip.

The instructions are nothing to write home about .The pull up bar comes with screws , anchors and
door brackets. However the instructions only tell you how to use the door brackets. We hope the
manufacturers will come up with ways to revamp them them ASAP.
There is an image which shows you how everything fits together. Basically what you need to do is to
have the two U shaped handles facing you , put the piece number 1 in front of the two other pieces
labeled number 2, the number 3 goes into the ends of number 2 , number 5 goes on top of the
connected number2 and 3.The two numbers 4s goes on top of the two number 3s. Got it?
I believe that the manufacturers will redo their packaging especially the instructions- because this is a
great part of my overall fitness arsenal.
