Welcome to the 22nd edition of the True North Hospitality product guide. As a Canadian family owned and operated supplier, 22
years in business has brought us our fair share of challenges over the years.
From a small upstart in 1992, to a national supplier of over 2000 inns, hotels, and resorts; we appreciate your continued support!
I personally joined the company 14 years ago, and have enjoyed witnessing the evolution of our business. Growing the business has
required a few different “hats” to be worn, including logistics co-ordination, marketing and brand creation, sales development, packaging
product, and customer service to name a few. I have enjoyed this challenge immensely, and look back with many fond memories of
what we have accomplished as a team.

What tax rate am I charged?
You will be charged your province’s rate
of sales tax.
Can I see a sample before purchasing?
Yes, many items can be viewed prior to purchas-
ing. Items under $10.00 will be shipped free of
charge, items over $10.00 will be billed to your
account and a credit will be issued when the item
is returned in the original packaging and condition.
Why are there no prices listed in the
catalogue?
In an effort to conserve paper, we have decided
to not list prices in our buyer’s guide.
It is estimated that we conserve 40 pages of
paper per catalogue by not listing the prices.

What qualifies for free freight?
Most of our in stock items qualify for free freight
on orders of $500 or more. Large items such
as rollaway beds and ice machines are charged
freight extra, as well as a number of other prod-
ucts which are shipped directly from the manufac-
turer. Some remote locations may not qualify for
free freight.

friendly PH value, intended to prevent health

The tests for harmful substances under the Oeko-

THE FIFTEEN FOOT RULE
Between 70-80% of all moisture, dirt and debris are brought into a facility on the bottom of one’s shoes. It has been recommended that
at least 15 feet of matting is required to remove the majority of dirt and debris from foot traffic. Fifteen feet of matting ensures that each
