Lahuy Island is the largest of the six
Caramoan white sand islands declared
as National Tourist Zones under
Republic Act No. RA-9445 in 2007. The

(DOT) and its attached agencies to come
up with a Tourism Development Plan for

Government Units by providing them
with the needed technical and financial
assistance to develop tourism
infrastructure and skills.

is the
twenty-sixth
season
of
the
American CBS competitive reality
television
series
”Survivor”.
Production of the TV show took
place in the Philippines' Caramoan
Islands, in the same location as the
previous season – which included
Lahuy Island.
With all the recent media exposures and the
tide of tourists flocking this paradise,
Caramoan is being touted as “ the next
Boracay.”
