Lease
DaVita HealthCare Partners, Inc. (NYSE: DVA) has signed a new 185,000-square-foot lease across
two two-story office buildings at Apollo@Rosecrans located at 2175 and 2120 Park Place in El
Segundo, CA.
One of the nation's largest health care communities, DaVita will relocate its regional headquarters
from its current 90,000-square-foot location in Torrance, CA when it takes occupancy of its new
space in the fourth quarter of 2015.
"After a comprehensive market analysis, DaVita HealthCare Partners decided that relocating to
Apollo@Rosecrans is the best option in order to create a more collaborative work environment with
indoor and outdoor features that resembles the DaVita standard nationwide," said Mike McKeever,
senior vice president with JLL. "Located on the amenity rich Rosecrans corridor, the DaVita
teammates will be able to walk to two other nearby DaVita offices."
Originally built in 1971, the 130,000-square-foot office building at 2175 E. Park Pl. is currently
under renovation, expected to wrap in late 2015. It sits on two acres within Continental Park in the
El Segundo submarket of Los Angeles County, adjacent to 2120 E. Park Pl., a 103,000-square-foot
office building constructed in 1980 on 2.2 acres.
Mike McKeever, Gary Horwitz, and Kamil Agha with JLL in Los Angeles represented the tenant.
Grafton Tanquary and Bob Healy with CBRE represented the landlord, Invesco Real Estate and SSV
Properties.
