This document provides 15 protective measures to help prevent H1N1 swine flu. The measures include daily practices like namaskaram, drinking water, eating neem, tulsi and bel leaves, taking chyavanaprash, drinking cow milk with turmeric, ginger and honey, and kapalbhati breathing. It also recommends bathing twice a day, changing clothes twice a day, applying cow ghee or anu tail in nostrils, taking vitamins, washing hands frequently, avoiding lifts and crowded places, and consuming aloe vera, guduchi, holy basil, neem and bel leaves.
