Face Book has made my world much smaller! I love reconnecting with my friends, old and new. I am a Social Studies teacher (first Middle School and now High School) in Colleton County Schools, in the Lowcountry of SC. I live on a farm with my husband, 3 kids, 7 horses, 8 dogs (ever growing in numbers) and 2 cats. I am originally from Brazil, where I grew up as the daughter of Presbyterian Missionaries. I have Dual Citizenship and love both Brasil and the United States. :-) I am passionate about both countries, and I am passionate about trying to make a positive difference in the lives of my students. I'd be happy if perhaps I touched someone else positively along the way.
