SMOOTHIE GUIDELINES:
1.Although commonly done, fruit should not be juiced with
Veggies. Exceptions include lime, lemons and a
couple of wedges of green apple, for the pectin.
These items actually improve digestion.
OK, so then why does everyone add fruit: Juice bars, Cafe‘s,
manufacturers even the Juice Man?
Because most people really do not
like veggies and because sweet-stuff sells!
It's like putting ice cream on the same spoon
when trying to entice a baby to eat their vegetables

3. Your fruit and veggie mix doesn’t look so
great anymore, does it? That’s because we
really do not eat this way
4. 2. This means that although
blueberries are a permissible snack as part of
the WHITE sheet PALEO lifestyle, you would
not add blueberries to your veggie smoothies.
5. 3.Start with a base :
20-24 oz of liquid
4. Remember the
60% | 40% Rule
•60 % Fresh veggie juice,
diluted with 40% water
(because you will be adding stuff)
•Veggie juice ratio:
60% (green juices) and
40% (colored veggies~ beets,
tomato, carrots)
6. Yes, you may juice fresh onion and
garlic. Onions in particular yield a
tremendous amount of juice
Don’t forget to try juicing fresh ginger.
Throw in a few knuckles !!
7. 4. Add Minerals,
Vitamins and
PROTEIN
(2) scoops of TANGY
TANGERINE
(multiple vitamin and
mineral formula)
per 24 oz
