  • 1. Quantified Self Toronto:Tracking time, groceries, prices, and other things
    Sacha Chua (http://sachachua.com)
    Tracking:
What do I spend time on? Is it in line with my priorities?
How do I want to change how I work?
How much do the supermarkets differ? (Quite a bit.)
Is it worth ordering groceries online? (Not really, for me.)
What’s our typical grocery budget? $200-300 (regular), $500 (holiday) / month
How much do we spend on different items?
How often do we buy things?
Is it worth switching to, say, lactose drops instead of lactose-free milk?
How can we change our patterns?
    Future:
What happens if I shift my time away from reading and writing to focus on drawing and meeting people? What’s a good balance point?
How do my energy, happiness, and productivity vary day to day? What factors influence those? How can I stack the deck?
What am I learning, and how can I share that with others?
