How Welcome Home Works Corporation promotes program as employee benefit. Employee accesses  information on corporation website or other  literature  and calls 1.800-xxx-xxxx number. A dedicated  Program  Specialist will determine the  employee  home buying,  selling, renting, mortgage and moving needs. The Specialist acts as their advocate and  provides  guidance  throughout their real estate  transaction. The Specialist recommends a participating Real Estate Broker and  refers  employee to  other related  Service Providers.  Agent contacts  employee within 24 hours  providing expert  service  from initial call to  post-closing. Employee  closes  on property.  Property funded Cash back  / Credit issued.
