2. George Jean Nathan Award for Dramatic Criticism The honoree, chosen by the heads of the English departments of Cornell, Yale and Princeton universities, is “the Americn who has written the best piece of drama criticism during the theatrical year, whether it is an article, essay, treatise or book.”

4. Induction into Chicago Filipino American Hall of Fame The Chicago Filipino American Hall of Fame is a joint effort the 20-year-old Chicago Philippine Reports TV and the 25-year-old VIA Times Newsmagazine.
5. Presidential Award from the Philippine Government “Legacy of the Filipino Nation” At Malacanang Palace. Awarding ceremony of the 2010 Presidential Awards for Filipino Individuals and Organizations Overseas as “Pamana ng Pilipino (Legacy of the Filipino Nation.” The citation reads, “His Excellency President Benigno S. Aquino III recognizes Randy Gener’s excellence in the field of theater arts and creativity.”
