3. Staffing Options TEMPORARY: During this time, Personally Yours Staffing will bill you a preferred hourly rate. TEMP TO HIRE: After completing certain worked hours the associate may transfer on your payroll with no further obligation to us. We offer bankable hours. CONVERSION: We offer a conversion arrangement, whereby you can hire our associate prior to the completion of the temp to hire agreement. DIRECT HIRE: The placement fee is a one-time flat fee that is a percentage of the annual starting salary of the associate you select. PAYROLL: Whether you are processing payroll for one or one thousand, we can customize a solution to fit your company.

4. Value Added Services DEDICATED ACCOUNT MANAGER: A recruiter will be assigned to your as a single point of contact. ON DEMAND WORKFORCE: For any unexpected same day staffing emergency. QUALITY ASSURANCE CHECKS: We follow up periodically to ensure your satisfaction with our service as well as e-mailing an employee performance survey. CUSTOMIZED REPORTING: Including a monthly breakdown of all employees, their hourly pay rates along with the quantity of associates by department; quantity of hours monthly, total billing monthly, by department; and year-to-date billings, etc. NATIONAL BACKGROUND CHECK: Upon request, we offer a comprehensive screening service with our partner ADP Screening.
