Upsell email Summary of last week’s completed actions and plan for this week •  Currently live for Manchester only (Premier Inn - £29) across all three brands as of 251011 •  Last week Commercial confirmed that they have sourced offers at the following airports: LGW, LHR, GLA, STN, NCL, LBA This means that we now have supply that covers c50% of parking booking volume PRIORITY THIS WEEK: •  Leeds Bradford and Newcastle (Britannias - £39) will be live w/c 071111 •  Gatwick (Menzies - £39) and Heathrow (Premier inn £39 we; £55 mw) live w/c 071111 •  Experimenting with less template-led emails to customer - engage them in conversation (a la BCC) HX BN AP BACK
Hot lead email Summary of last week’s completed actions and plan for this week •  Tech issues with database last week - now resolved (but meant no sends for approx 5 days) •  Approx 35% of customers go back to an email that they have received previously to book (in order to get their 10% discount) - email team are working on building the discount into the Hot Lead email where a customer is on the mailing list - this should improve click to book from the Hot Lead email itself. PRIORITY THIS WEEK: •  HX and AP emails to include 10% discount •  Len and Su looking at email creative and landing page •  Reviewing customer interactions to determine where they are clicking/looking and refine flow •  BLM send BACK
