    1. R&D Jobs are Alluring Job Aspirants in India
      • The economic growth in India is attracting many of the professional engineers now engaged on the front line at major companies in the Europe and the US. A significant number of such experts have planned and many more are planning to establish world class R&D (research and development) centers in our country for the US and European corporations, initiating their own industrial ventures, or importing new technology at an accelerated pace.
      • Many of the professionals who had returned for the United States and Europe are playing a major role in driving the growth in this segment; also the increasing educational standards in the country are expected to nurture a mass of original technologies.
      • Ten years from now, the country is expected to develop and offers a wide range of unique advancements and capabilities. Further maintaining strong relations with the Indian professionals who are still working throughout the Europe and the US, these professionals are able to rapidly know and incorporate new technologies after their return to the country.
      • With the advancements in these directions, it seems that India along with the US and Europe might define the flow of intellectual capital in the near future. Inspired and allured by the aforementioned developments, both experienced and new comers are developing great interest in the R&D segment. These developments are also building great confidence and hope in them.
