It is better as your business gets larger to have the lower % payout up close and the higher % down further where your organization is bigger.
The computer always keeps going upline untill it finds someone to pay the money to. TNI keeps none of it.
My 3 rd month unilevel payout is how much I would have made the first month if it was not for the Fast Start Bonus pay plan. Which would you rather have? At first the FSB is bigger but later you will see that the unilevel payout is bigger.

You begine to build a team with all working together
After the organization is being built I will continue to put IPC’s under my front line but do not always expect them to put someone under them in return. I put people where they will do the most good.
The further down the placement the less volume you will counting to qualify. As you can see the group will become bigger outside your qualification and pay scale.
Do not get caught up in the networking welfare syndrome. Placement should be used for strategy not welfare.
The further down you place someone the more it is going to cost you so you must make sure your placement goes to the workers AFTER they have earned not before. You do not motivate with placement. You build and reward with placement.
