 Collagen is the cement substance that holds skin
together. As we get older, we lose collagen and gravity
takes over, causing the skin to sag.
 Juvéderm® is an artificial collagen which fills these

 All these will disappear within 4-24 hours

 Take Arnica (oral tablets) - to prevent bruising
 Avoid NSAIDs - to prevent bruising
 Within the first 24 hours following treatment:
• Minimize strenuous exercise, exposure to extensive sun or heat,
and alcoholic beverages
• Do not touch or rub - leave area alone for 4 hours
• Apply ice if there is swelling at injection site
 Report any concerns:
• Redness and/or visible swelling that lasts more than 7 days

• Avoid if you have a history of multiple severe allergies or
severe allergic reactions (anaphylaxis), or if you are allergic
