As I told you last week, stock markets are facing a period of slow movement.
My indicators suggest that they are not only in an overbought area, but they are arriving at the end of this 30-day financial cycle.
I do not see particular sell volumes on this top and this observation supports my idea of an uptrend until the end of December.

It is ANAC.

Wait for a pullback before buying it. This stock shows e definite uptrend in place, without sell volumes on the last tops.
I think that it can go higher.

In general, I can say that this is a period where many stocks are well over their fair value. So, if you want to buy a stock, consider buying it for a short period (1 month about).
My concern is that there is a new downward trend in the incoming months.
We will face the stock market in another way when this starts.
However, we will trade that trend too, with positive results.
Crude oil price has fallen lower and lower in the last months.
There may be a price war among oil producers in this moment, even if I do not think so…
I think that the consumption and the production of crude oil is lacking around the world (crude oil consumption graphic <http://www.eia.gov/forecasts/steo/report/global_oil.cfm>).
People do not spend enough money in new goods. There is no consumption of goods all around the world. The prices of energy resources fall down too.
Therefore, I think that the current uptrend of stock indices can’t last long.
Remember that stock indices are facing a 5-year cycle top now that started in 2009.
So, be prepared to start following a new incoming downtrend with the right instruments.

Stock markets continue to raise. There is no novelty about that.
My forecasts told me that this behavior would have taken place in the near future.

This report is short for this reason. You can look at the results of my portfolio in the tables here in the right column.
There is an imminent risk in this stock rally: interest rates in the bond market keep on going lower. I think that this is a dangerous signal. I think that this rally is a run up or an
exhaustion rally that may anticipate an important fall.
Therefore, when I suggest buying a stock it is a medium term trade (until the end of December). It is not a long-term trade.
