 Have you ever thought to yourself that you would
be happier if you could become someone else or
just have one or two of other people positive
traits?

3. You are the best person to be
 When you want to become someone else, it
means you do not give yourself enough credit on
how great a person you are
 If you understand what kind of positive qualities
you have, then you would not want to be anyone
else, but yourself
 In addition, you will encountered a lot of
disadvantages if you are not being yourself

4. Disadvantage # 1: Loss of
freedom
 Freedom means you are able to think, speak, and
do whatever and whenever it fits you
 However, if you are trying to become someone
else, then you are not in a state of freedom
anymore

5. Disadvantage #2: Waste more time
and energy
 You will realize that you will use more time and
energy to come up with different ways to speak
and do things when you are not being yourself
 When you are being yourself, what you do and
say will come out naturally
 When you are being yourself, you will have more
time and energy to do other things that are more
important to you than trying to become someone

6. Disadvantage #3: Your positive
qualities cannot grow
 The only way for your positive qualities to grow
and shine out is when you are being yourself
 When you are trying to become someone
else, your body and mind will use most of their
energy and time trying to accomplish what you
want, and not focusing on building your positive
qualities

 1. Write down all of your positive qualities; even
small ones
 2. For each positive quality, come up with at least
2 ways on how you can apply and make it
stronger
