September 30th 6pm Virtus Training is REQUIRED!!  To ensure the safety of all children in our supervision, Virtustraining is required for any adult volunteering, chaperoning, assisting with the school in any fashion.

  • 18. Please help us help your child. Send ready to eat lunches. Dismissal changes by 2:30. Check Backpacks and folders. Immunizations DUE BY 9/21/10 Label your child’s clothing, bag, etc.
  • 19. Arrival Procedures Drop off starts at 8am Before School Program 7-8am (register or drop-in) ONE WAY traffic out of the parking lot. NO CARS IN BUS LANE from 7:40am -8:30am DO NOT park in drop-off lane, stay with vehicle. SIGN-IN your child in the front office IF TARDY (after 8:20) Please NO students or parents in classrooms till 8am.
  • 20. Please say your good-bye’s and love you’sin the front foyer. The instructional day begins at 8:20am. Teachers need 8:00-8:20 for attendance and house keeping routines. Please schedule a conference if you need to meet with the teacher beyond the morning “Hello”.
  • 21. Grades 2-5 Please allow these students to walk themselves to class and begin their day. We are teaching and encouraging the life skill of INDEPENDENCE. THEY can do it. Be proud of them.
  • 22. School Begins at 8:20 am Your child misses Specials, attendance and arrival routines when they arrive past 8:20am. PLEASE be on time!
  • 23. Dismissal Procedures Dismissal starts at 3pm One way traffic out of the parking lot. Do not park in pick-up lane. Stay with vehicle. Please have pink name sign visible. DISMISSAL CHANGES MUST BE IN WRITING!! If you need to phone a change, do so BY 2:30pm NO cars in the bus lane from 2:40 till 3:30 for the safety of the children.
  • 24. After School Program Already enrolled and pay with tuition. No need to worry about being billed. If there is a dismissal change different than daily ASP, a note will be needed. Sign your child out with the time. Need care on a per-diem basis and/or pay as you go. Please send written dismissal instructions daily. Bills are sent backpack mail monthly. Sign your child out with the time.
  • 25. School Happenings Include…. Tonight Girl Scouts At 6:45pm Please change classrooms and/or visit special area teachers and these school happenings. Boy Scouts Band Rosary Club School Banking
