Hello, I'm Mike. 5 years ago, I was really a fatso. I felt insecure about myself and pitied myself for a long time. That all changed when I accidentally bumped into a fitness system that takes no more than 30 minutes to complete and can be done anywhere, anytime at your own pace... without any equipment! That's where it all started for me. I literally transformed my body into a ripped muscular shape!
Now, I enjoy everything: women, life, friends, and other women. Haha.. it's fun!
