Defendants.
Presently before the Court is the Ex Parte Motion of Michel & Associates, P.C.’s
C.D. Michel and Sean Brady (collectively, “Counsel”) for Leave to Withdraw as
Counsel for Plaintiff. (ECF No. 19.) Counsel assure the Court that withdrawal will
neither prejudice Plaintiff Lycurgan Inc. dba Ares Armor (“Plaintiff”) nor delay trial
because Alan Alexander Beck will continue to represent Plaintiff. (Id. at 1.) Thus,
pursuant to Civil Local Rule 83.3(g)(3), the Court GRANTS the Ex Parte Motion. The
Clerk of the Court shall update the Court’s docket to reflect the withdrawal.
