2. INDUSTRIAL EXPERIENCE:
I have knowledge of erection, operation, schedule and un-schedule maintenance of Gas and
Diesel Power Plant.
Presently.(PAKISTAN ACCUMULATORS):
I am working as Power House Incharge in Pakistan Accumulators (volt battery) Hattar industrial
Estate Harripur since May 2008.
System having capacity as under.
1.1 MW Caterpillar G3516B.
3.2 MW Perkins diesel 2500 series as a stand by source.
NATURE OF JOBS.
Trouble shooting, to follow mechanical routine, working on system mechanical
enhancement, to follow mechanical safeties and protections. To estimate for force coming
mechanical routines.

Worked as Sr.shift incharge in Pak Kuwait textile Jauhar Abad Dist. Khushab from April 2004 to
May 2008.
System having capacity as under.
05x1.1 MW Caterpillar 3516B Gas Genset.
01x0.8 MW Caterpillar 3512 diesel Genset as a stand by source.
01 Nos. Mitsubishi Diesel Engine of 1.0 MW. As a stand by source.
System having total capacity including Diesel Genset 7.4 MW.
NATURE OF JOBS.
Responsible for the system force coming requirements routine and maintenance, to handle
operation and maintenance activities. Responsible for the system trouble shooting. Managerial
activities and documentation, to keep up to date inventory stock e.g. emergency and consumable

To the machine safe and running, mechanical trouble shooting and routine maintenance of the
system.
NATURE OF JOBS PERFORMED
1- Worked on Jenbacher Gas Engine as apprenticeship for the System protection, operation
and troubleshooting awareness
2- Worked on Engine schedule maintenance and auxiliaries like heat exchanger, cooling
towers chemical dosing pump and all kind mechanical work.
3- System protection and trouble shooting awareness.
4- Inspection and maintenance of storage batteries.
5- Handle of Genset emergency trouble shooting.
6- Performance of Genset schedule maintenance.
7- Maintaining of Genset operational and maintenance record.
8- Maintaining of daily, monthly and annual operation, consumption and generation record.
9- Worked on Caterpillar Gas & Diesel system and their mechanical schedule& un schedule
maintenance and also top end overhauling of 05x1.1 MW Caterpillar G3516B carried out
in Pak Kuwait Textile Jauharabab, Khushab.
10- Once Top End and once Major Overhauling of 01x1.1 MW Caterpillar G3516B carried out
in Pakistan Accumulators Hattar Haripur.
11- Worked on Mitsubishi diesel engine.
12- Lead the errection gas power plant 05x1.1 MW G3516B in Pak Kuwait Textile Khushab.
13- Managerial activities and documentation and future planning gas related matters and
parts stock and maintain upcoming jobs schedule and various routines.
14- Worked on German made Comp Air screw type air compressors.
