Google is a search engine created by Larry Page and Sergey Brin as students at Stanford University. They developed the search algorithm PageRank and incorporated Google as a private company in 1998. Google aims to organize the world's information and make it universally accessible. It has grown significantly over the years through innovations like Gmail, Google Maps, Android, and YouTube, and now employs over 53,000 people worldwide with offices in over 40 countries.

 What is Google?
 Google is a “search engine", which is used to search
content provided from different websites.
