  • The Global LPO Mall
    Indian vendors would be allotted their vending zones in which they would remain available during the Conference period. They can display sample work projects in their areas of expertise in the form of CDs, presentations, wall-ups and brochures. They can also display relevant information about their infrastructure, teams, offices, etc. Buyers would come and meet them in-person at their zones.
    Display Zone
    In this zone, buyers can meet the Counselor-Consultants and discuss apprehensions, issues and strategies. Buyers who have never off-shored any legal work or assignment but are interested to understand and explore the synergies on offer would find it helpful to discuss. It would be helpful for buyers to supply the information to organizers about the tentative verticals and we would allot it to our Counselor-Consultants during the Conference.
    Knowledge Zone
    We would have a separate zone specifically for people who want to meet other participants for an informal chat and network with each other. This zone is supposed to generate a lot of activity in terms of new introductions and getting back in touch. Though the interactions in this zone would be of informal manner, the same could be highly productive in terms of future business relationships

    This Global Conference provides a tremendous platform to emerging offshoring and outsourcing destinations like Mauritius, the Philippines, Israel, South Africa, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka giving them an opportunity to represent and showcase their abilities in the LPO industry. We believe that it is not geography but expertise in areas such as people, communication skills, as well as cost, time-zone difference, and government stability that govern the growth of this industry.

    Based on industry feedback, we have included a special zone dedicated to companies looking to enhance the output of the global legal industry through IT. This zone would feature Software/IT/ITeS companies from India, US, UK, and other destinations which are actively providing software/IT services to the LPO industry, Law Firms, and General Counsels. The participation of these companies would help them display their opportunity assessment, and form strategic alliances with stakeholders of their interest.
    Legal Software Zone
    This zone features LPO training institutes which have taken up the onerous task of training Indian lawyers for the LPO Industry and will be participating to demonstrate their training abilities to ensure a regular talent supply to the industry. Further, foreign training institutes, having witnessed the growth of the LPO sector in India have also been invited.

    Gala Dinner
    The “LPO Office Tour” is an essential part of our two day Conference program and incorporates visit/s to the offices of legal off-shoring companies of various stature. This would provide buyers an exclusive opportunity to get real-time insights into the working of LPOs. It would also be an ideal platform for LPO vendors to exhibit and share their wherewithal including existing infrastructure, teams, training tools, IT structure, applied methodology, and security tools with buyers. Being an on-demand service, the organizers would coordinate this entire office visit with the itinerary being provided to both the parties, a week out from the Conference, thereby allowing them to fully prepare for the office tours.
    As the name suggests, every evening the Conference will end with a gala dinner be hosted by one prominent vendor who would get an opportunity to exclusively host all attending buyers at once. This would be an ideal closing to each day, with formal and informal exchange of information amongst the participants. It is intended to be a focus group session where the buyers are invited by one particular vendor company for dinner during which they discuss business issues amongst themselves. Our team would be happy to help coordinate the entire process of managing this session.
