This may seem like a no-brainer...

10. Plan with a specific start
and stop time.
Respect and act accordingly to these times

11. Keep the meeting
on topic,
all other things
offline!
Topics that don't
relate to all attendants
should be handled separately.

12. Aim for a maximum of
15 minutes
Be aware that people have a short attention span

13. 3 No passengers!

14. Restrict attendance
to only those who
need to be there
