was able to use so me unique kno wledge I’d gathered o ver mo re than fifty years. Initially, It was abo ut fixing my

again. There is no do ubt my bo o ks sho uld have begun as
a research paper, written by a do cto r o r a scientist. Rather
than by me. I waited several years to see that happen. But
I came to realize that neither medicine o r science have
ever been interested in the human diet.
That’s understandable given that o ur natural diet, that
evo lved with us fo r eo ns, was no t so mething to be
tampered with. What no bo dy co uld have anticipated was
that anyo ne wo uld have an interest in changing a diet that had seen us safely thro ugh evo lutio n and bro ught us
to where we were fo rty years ago . That’s because no bo dy co uld fo resee the po wer o f a fo o d industry. Free to
thrive and pro sper o n the back o f a fo o d addictio n. An addictio n they themselves had created.

cho lestero l. The reaso n? Every single test was wro ng. Instead o f gauging the HDL LDL ratio n, they had simply
added the numbers to gether. By the time this became kno wn, the info rmatio n wasn’t exactly rushed to the
presses.We were faced with a lo o ming o besity epidemic. (Since realized). We had two , never befo re heard o f
diseases called diabetes type 2 and mo rbid o besity. Our rates o f heart disease, co lo n and bo wel cancer were
already escalating. I have a respo nsibility to share what I kno w because it can affect the lives o f many peo ple. It
already affects mo re that 6 0 % o f the po pulatio n, who are addicted to sugar, pasta and o ther pro cessed fo o ds.
