If you want to lose weight in a natural, fast, safe and
effective manner without having to take diet supplements
  like the Phentermine 37.5, then undergoing the 17-Day
  diet plan can be a possible option for you. It was a diet
 plan that was introduced by Dr. Mike Moreno in order to
 help cleanse the body against unnecessary elements and
  burn fats through limiting the amount of calories being
     consumed. A dieter will be able to lose a significant
amount of weight by undergoing the four cycles of the diet
                            plan.
On the first cycle of the 17-Day diet plan, a dieter is only
  allowed to consume a maximum of 1200 calories a day,
 which is almost half the required amount that an average
 person consumes daily. For this to be achieved, the dieter
   should only eat specific meals that are required by the
  diet. This will give a boost to the metabolism rate of the
 dieter which in return helps the body to burn more fats. It
is also the phase of the diet wherein the body of the dieter
is being cleansed through the detoxification process. Once
   the dieter has successfully accomplished the first cycle,
 he/she will be able to lose a significant amount of weight
                ranging from 10 to 15 pounds.
After the first cycle, it is then time for the dieter to move
to the second cycle which the Activate cycle. In this part of
 the diet, the dieter will experience a shifting with regards
to the amount of calories being consumed. The shifting of
   caloric intake gets the body confused, resulting to the
       stimulation of the body in burning more fats.
On the third phase or the Achieve cycle phase of the 17
     Day diet plan, the dieter is already allowed to eat
    healthier foods. By this time, the body should have
already adapted to the diet plan and hence the amount of
 calories that the dieter may consume is increased a little
 bit. During this phase, the dieter may lose only around 2
to 3 pounds. The last and final phase of the diet, which is
  also known as the Arrive phase, is where the dieter will
        achieve and maintain his/her ideal weight.
While undergoing the 17-Day diet plan, the dieter is
recommended to perform at least 17 minutes of workouts
    everyday during the first two cycles and at least 150
   minutes of workouts every week during the third and
fourth cycles. But before you proceed with undergoing the
 diet, it is still recommended that you consult your health
   care provider first to ensure that you are not suffering
 from Type 1 Diabetes or that you are pregnant as the diet
    plan is strictly not allowed for those who have these
                        health conditions.

The Four Cycles Of The 17-Day Diet Plan

  • 1.
