Advantages. : This is the BEST faucet! Only 1 problem with installation---according
to the directions, the hot and cold were switched. Other than that, it is perfect!!! I truly
love this faucet! The faucets I looked at in the home stores were at least $100.00
more. This faucet it sturdy and well made. I recommend Kraus KPF-1612 Kitchen
Faucet.
Flaw : I ordered this faucet as a replacement for a Grohe that was leaking. It showed
up and looked very nice, great pacacking and the faucet itself looked like very it was
high quality. However, when my plumber attempted to install Kraus KPF-1612
Kitchen Faucet, he had a lot of trouble with the hose to faucet connection under the
sink. He worked on it for four hours and it keep leaking from the connection. He also
noted that this faucet did not have the "quick connect" feature that is used on 90%+ of
modern faucets, he found that extremely odd for a new faucet. Bottom line is, he is
going to attempt one more time to disconnect and reconnect the hose, but if
unsuccessful this will be returned.
