1. How To Hang Around With Millionaires When All Your
Friends Are Paupers

In school and in life it is often said; Readers Are Leaders and Writers Are Readers.
Because readers are leaders and writers are readers, it follows that leaders are writers. If leaders
are writers then when you read you are able to have a one way conversation with that writer and
leader.
Leaders and therefore millionaires are generally focused people, that is why they are
leaders. People do not follow those who aren’t going somewhere. If you just have a group of
people without vision, all you have is a crowd.
If you hang around in a crowd long enough someone will break through, rise to the top and start
to move the crowd in a direction. If you want to hang around with millionaires you need to be in
the crowd where millionaires hang out. And that
crowd is the crowd of readers.
Books and blogs are like time travel machines
and mind meld devices all in one. Books can let
you escape, shape your values and opinions, and
change your circumstances. It is through the
written word that we see the character of great
and not so great people from history. It is
though books that we discover the solutions to
problems that vex us and are inspired to over
come obstacles that we encounter in life. It is
through books that we see others dream and
form our own dreams.
It isn’t so much about which book you read as
what you take away from it.
Millionaires are millionaires because they have ideas and vision. Millionaires are
thinkers and doers.
They have brought some value to those around them and been compensated for it. I think that is
why many lottery winners, or people that get a lot of money gifted to them lose it. They never
learned to bring value in exchange for the money. They focus on the wrong things. It is almost as
if they chase the money away instead of attracting more of it to them.

2. We are each writing our story as we live our lives. What we read and remember impacts our
decisions. Reading gives us the foundation for new thoughts, new ways of doing things. I once
read that a person who can read but won’t is ignorant by choice
How sad is that? You should always have two books with you. The one you are reading and the
one that you are writing. What better way to journal than to blog? You can start yours today by

If you do not yet have a team, start a conversation with at least 5-10 people on Facebook or
other social media sites.
