families. Today’s economy has everyone tightening their belts. People that would be moving
into senior living communities are holding off for a number of reasons:

       1. Clients that are ready to move in because they need the care
          cannot sell their homes, and thus are at home, waiting

       2. Some of those same clients that need the care now have unemployed
          relatives looking after them, while they are on your ‘deposit-taken’ list

While at home without care and monitoring the senior may experience an event which now
by-passes your type of community and leads them directly to a skilled nursing facility.

Now BrightStar can keep your community top of mind for your client by:

   1. Caring for them in their home while awaiting the sale of their home, which:

          a. Allows for a realistic view of how ready the home is for sale
          b. Offers the client someone to be in the home when it is being shown providing
             peace of mind for both the senior and their adult children
          c. Provides a respite for the adult children responsible for the home showings in
             the middle of the day

   2. Reinforcing the community’s reputation and abilities to care for them, which:

          a. Offers a bridging concept for the Senior Living Provider to assure the client’s
             ultimate move-in
          b. Works hand in hand with the Senior Living Community to help maintain the
             senior’s level of care which was originally determined when assessed for move-
             in.
