Literature?
Gothic literature
combines the elements
of romance and horror
within its stories.
(though romance is not
always present, the
horror IS)
EAP’s stories focus more
on the PSYCHOLOGY
(inner most mind) of his
characters, rather than
focusing on the
romance of the story.
3. What are catacombs?
Catacombs are underground
burial spaces.
-many are under cities.
-many were used as places to
hide during wars, or meeting
places for cults.
-many have decorations inside
that identify the person’s social
rank, name, etc.
-within the walls of a catacomb
are strains of bacteria which
can infest the lungs and create
coughing. (there is no free air
down there!)
