2. How It Works
Employee Purchases Health Insurance
Your employees may already have their own
individual health insurance policies. If not, we will
connect them with the insurance company that fits
their exact needs.
Employee Adds Policy within the Exchange
The policy proof is submitted by the employee using an
online system, or via fax or mail. Once an employee
submits their policy, their work is done.
The exchange approves the Policy for Pre
Tax treatment
Policies are processed no later than two business
days from when they are submitted, but they are
generally processed within the hour.
Employer Reimburses Employee
Using monthly website reports, reimbursements are
made to employee payroll deductions. This money is
provided pre-tax (and can be up 100% employee paid)
