Back in the old day, you have a news paper, check some stuff out, at least there was one big list to look at, now there is a site here, site there, you know you are just looking around everywhere. It is very discouraging, that's for sure. I have experience in being laid off twice, once for seven months and once for a year. And I understand how painful that is. Express definitely, they are very professional the way they handle everything. Everything gets done efficiently. They are very communicative, they communicate back and forth. You know what's going on, you don't feel like your on a list waiting for a call. We are one of the few companies that can offer full benefits, from health insurance, dental, life insurance, disability, 401K, to everybody without a waiting period. I have been to a lot of different temp agencies and a lot of times they don't always call you back. It is not a fun experience, just sending in resume after resume and not getting anything back. No responses. We have direct connection with these employers that we work with. They trust what we are doing for them and they understand that we are going to send them people that are qualified for this job. They have been awesome, they are right on top of everything, they always have been finding jobs and are very honest about everything. If you need a job, go talk to Express, they got jobs, they need people.”
