interviewer will ask you questions related to your education, prior work experience, career
ambitions and personality while you can get useful information about the company, work culture
and growth prospects.
In most cases your interviewer will be an employee of the organization you are applying to for
the job opening, and should be in a good position to answer relevant questions about the
company.

How urgent is the requirement?
You want to know if the employer wants to fill the position in the short term or is open to the
option of looking for a couple of months; this will be important when you weigh your own options.

What position / hierarchical position is the requirement for?
This is more for experienced professionals who would not want to go through the interview
process for a position that doesn’t do justice to their profile.
Generally towards the end of the interview session the interviewer asks the interviewee if they
have any questions and here you should ask questions based on the conversation you have just
had or on issues that you cannot get information otherwise.
For example, ask about why the position has opened, is it because of attrition or is it a new
