For over 11 years, Mr. Moon has focused in the areas of professional liability and general liability defense; in these areas, he has extensive trial experience having tried multiple cases to jury verdict. Mr. Moon’s experience extends to the areas of international taxation and financial services, banking regulatory compliance, real estate, and labor and employment law. Since the commencement of his practice, Mr. Neiwirth has placed great emphasis on the bankruptcy law, debtor/creditor relations, transactions and real estate, and the impact and effect that thebankruptcy law can have upon an individuals or a corporations business transactionsand relationships with its creditors and in its daily business activities.
