Throughout the past 24 months, AIESEC Melbourne has
performed consistently in ICX – realizing 2 GIP TNs every year.
We currently have 2 GIP TNs in the pipeline with Diversity at
Work and AFIS, and have 3-4 GCDP TNs in the pipeline for SLAP
and Children United, which are all on track to be raised and
realized in the second half of 2012.

Over the past 12 month, AIESEC Melbourne has experienced
unprecedented growth in OGX, achieving the highest OGX
results in LC history.
The OGX portfolio finished the semester strongly by placing 2nd
in the National OGX Campaign. The team is now well-placed to
achieve the goal of realizing 50 EPs in the calendar year of
2012.

The TMP & TLP reality of AIESEC Melbourne was not accurately

AIESEC Melbourne currently has 46 active committee members
and 7 EB members, and has opened team leader positions in
ICX, OGX, PBOX TM & MAC for semester 2 to provide members
with opportunities to step up to leadership roles.
7. Exchange Pipeline - ICX

AFIS: one 3-4 months GIP
SLAP: three 6 week GCDP
Children United: one short-term GCDP
GSBE (re-raise): one 12 months GIP
All accounts above with the exception of GSBE are on
track to be raised and realized in the next 6 months.
