She holds a Ph.D. in Educational Psychology from the University of California at Berkeley. She co-founded WorkStrengths with Betsy Flanagan, and since 2008, they have coached and trained 1000+ on StrengthsFinder and Strengths Based Leadership including Fortune 500s, startups, mid-size companies, government, education, and non-profit organizations. Her services involve direct coaching programs and workshops for teams and large groups geared toward helping high potential employees and executive team excel in the workplace.
