I have been using this product weekly for a few months now to make delicious whole grain loaves and banana bread. I must say I am
very pleased with the quality of these pans. The 12 inch length is perfect, slightly narrower loaf at 41/2" than a traditional 9X5. Only
1/2" narrower in width but 3" more in length to be exact, but you are able to get much more slices overall from one loaf.At first I
found it to be on the light side and this had me a bit worried, needless to say all my fears were laid to rest. High grade materials and
nonstick coating (haven't gotten one scratch yet) were used in manufacturing. I am confident these will last for a number of
years.Overall its a perfect sized sandwich for kids and even adults but I like that you always have the flexibility of cutting a slightly
thicker slice to ensure that one is satisfied.

These are completely non-stick, make a nice narrow, almost baguette style loaf of bread, and best of all fit into my convection
toaster oven, allowing me to bake without using the stove oven.

Although many home bread makers seem to favor the 8.5" loaf size, the 12" loaf is really the most common size of commercially
baked bread found in stores. If the 12" loaf is what you want, these are the pans for you.A recipe calling for 6 cups of flour is perfect
for one of these. The are 100% non-stick, and are easy to handle. Definitely 5 stars. Can't beat the price either.
