The American Society of Plastic Surgeons has created a
breast reconstruction planner in an effort to facilitate
smooth recovery after
breast reconstruction,
guiding women through
the process. This is
indeed a great resource

experienced plastic surgeons in the field.
The third annual Breast Reconstruction Day was celebrated
in the United States on October 15 to promote awareness
regarding reconstruction options for women undergoing
treatment for breast cancer. Surveys show that only very
few breast cancer patients were aware about the options

day, a lot of campaigns, lectures, gala fundraisers, question
