I am a qualified librarian, chartered member of CILIP and Fellow of the Higher Education Academy, and I currently work as a Senior Library Manager at the Open University. I am the Library's key customer relationship manager for the Faculty of Wellbeing, Education and Language Studies, ensuring that the products and services supplied by the Library support the Faculty's and University’s strategic priorities. My remit includes leading the team of librarians who deliver live engagement activities via Adobe Connect and social media. I have presented and published on delivering online information literacy teaching to distance learners.
