Our standard fifty-nine dollar trip charge includes a trip to your home, and a fifteen minute
simple assessment of your issue. Upon completion of your initial assessment, if extra labor is
needed for complicated or large-scale diagnosis, our factory-trained technician will give you a
quote for the extra labor cost for a total and guaranteed diagnosis.
Once our technician has finished a diagnosis, he can give you a quote for the repair. If you
authorize the repair at the time our technician is at your home, we will waive the trip charge -
and any additional diagnostic fees, if applicable.
This offer is applicable to repairs done on our first trip to your home during regular regular
business hours (Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.) in the Des Moines metro area.
