Jurong Lakeside Condo is a new condo by MCL Land that will be
launched soon. It is located in front of the scenic Jurong Lake, and
within walking distance to the Lakeside MRT and Chinese Garden
MRT. Situated at Jurong West Street 41 (Parcel A) on a 99-year
lease term with 240,654 sqft of land size, it has a total gross floor
area (GFA) of 673,837 sqft and expected to yield about 650 to

activities from the Core region, it plans to transform the Jurong

Jurong Lake District is made up of two areas, Jurong Gateway and

A new public park will be developed at the western edge of the
Jurong Lake and will host activities such as kayaking and dragonboating. To bring the experience of the lake closer to the main
commercial hub at Jurong Gateway, new waterways and a
landscaped walkway will be created.
There will be new shopping malls such as Westgate and Big Box
which will offer diversity and covenience to residents in the area.
Existing amenities in the Jurong Gateway area include JCube, a
lifestyle mall featuring Singapore’s first international-sized Ice
Skating rink, Jurong Regional Library and IMM.
Jurong Lakeside condo is ideally situated next to the Canadian
International School and very near to Fuhua Secondary school,
Yuhua Secondary school, and Shuqun Primary school. It is also
minutes drive away from tertiary institutions such as NTU, NUS,
Singapore Polytechnic and Ngee Ann Polytechnic.
Jurong Lakeside condo is conveniently served by many nearby
shops and supermarkets such as NTUC and Giant. There are also
many eating places, some of which operate 24 hours.
