OverClassic
Cornbread
Traditional hominy bread is one of the most popular
and classic breads in America today. Although very
similar to the popular cornbread the hominy bread
comes with a twist as in addition to cornmeal it usually comes with the
characteristically delicious hominy grits. Essentially these are corn kernels without
the hull or bran and germ. To prepare this heartwarming and extremely comforting
dish you can follow this simple and straightforward recipe in which hominy grits
are combined with water, salt, butter and milk and baked in an oven to produce an
extremely tasty and fluffy delicacy which can be served with any main dish with
astounding results.
