2240 Ailanthus Ave, Niagara Falls, ON

A three story residential condominium providing spacious units within walking distance to the new
Niagara Falls Convention Centre. A dark stone gabled facade accentuates and breaks up the horizontality
of the building. The stone base is extended into the ground floor plane with fenestrations at the lobby
and corridor areas leading into the Party Room.

381-393 Colborne St, Brantford, ON

A five storey multi family structure with intricate attention to details. Balconies are incorporated within
the backstepping facade. Materials and colours chosen were sympathetic to the neighborhood, with the
intention of blending the building to its surroundings streetscape. Commercial tenants anchor the
ground floor.




119 Water St W, Brockville, ON

A 110 unit – 10 storey residential condominium adjacent to Buells Creek and directly
adjacent to the Brockville Museum. With spectacular water views and access, the
retirement condominium provides a strong presence in the Marina district. A heavy
masonry podium shields the vehicular parking areas, while a softer masonry ascends
vertically




6045 Dunn Street, Niagara Falls, ON

A three story, stacked exclusive townhouses with an area of approximately 4,000
square feet. A mauve field stone provides a strong base while the EIFS veneer provides
a lighter enclosure for the upper floors. Vehicular parking is provided in the rear away
from the pedestrian friendly street. A wooden trellis provides sun shading as well as a
soft contrast to the stone piers on which it is anchored to.




Grimsby Harbour Front, Grimsby, ON

A true Marina lifestyle neighbourhood consisting of four stand alone residential blocks
each with a unique design responding to its immediate topographical setting.
Spectacular lake panoramas unfold creating a unique enclave. 8 luxury terraced
dwellings, 13 stacked bungalow and double custom homes. Units range from 1,200 to
4,000 square feet.




48 John St, Niagara-on-the-Lake, ON

A 3 storey residential condominiums adjacent to the Conference and Spa facility. The
masonry veneer attempts to incorporate the Cannery building detailing and
fenestrations. Undulating parapet and roof lines attempt to break up the massing of the
building. Very subtle glazed balconies provide for exterior areas. Vehicular parking is
hidden underground.




6000 Marineland Prkwy, Niagara Falls, ON

A proposed 7 storey with approximately 23,000 square feet condominium building
providing 150 units overlooking the John Daley signature golf course. The design of the
building incorporates a strong Romanesque masonry detailing within a contemporary
and light glazing system. Contemporary and light balconies provide relief and strong
shadow lines.
